Julia Ruth Busch (Bluhm)

Julia, Herman and Ruth's first child, was born September 11, 1917, in Mason City, Illinois. She married Harry Alfred Bluhm (born May 7, 1910) on August 5, 1940, in Keokuk, Iowa. Julia and Harry had two daughters, Juliana, born September 28, 1944, and Jennifer Ilene, born November 23, 1946.

Harry died August 14, 1969 in the Memorial Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. Julia lived in Delavan where she was a member of the Delavan United Methodist Church and th Daughtrs of the American Revolution, Mason City Chapter. Heart disease resulted in Julia's moving from Lincoln Hospital to Mason City Area Nursing Home in 2005. She died there December 9, 2005. Julia was 88.
