Hannah, Henry & Katrine's seventh child, was
born August 17, 1870 in Badbergan, Germany. . One year later her father
died. When she was 4 years old, her oldest sibling, Lizzie, emigrated.
Hannah was the only child that remained in Germany.

In 1895, at age 25, Hannah came to the U.S. for a one year visit. |
Two years later, in 1903, Hannah married Friedrich Heinrich Wilhelm Fluszmeyer. Wilhelm was born March 27, 1872 in Ledde, Germany.
Wilhelm and Hannah had four children, Johanna Catharine Luise, born
September 14, 1903; Wilhelmine Johanne "Hermina", born April 1, 1905; Johann
Heinrich Wilhelm "Willie", born October 7, 1906; Johanna Friederike "Erna",
born January 1, 1910.

This property passed from Hannah's parents to her and Wilhelm. It then became known as the Gaststatte Fluszmeyer. Later, son Willie and wife, Else, managed the restaurant and farm. Sister, Erna inherited the estate. Upon her death November 26, 1997, grand niece Silke Meyer zu Drehle, Hermine's granddaughter, inherited der Gaststatte Fluszmeyer in Gronloh, Gemeinde Badbergen, Osnabruck.
Hannah died November 1, 1942, in Gronloh. Wilhelm
died June 25, 1954, in Gronloh.
